We are identical twin sisters, and entrepreneurs, who had a vision to create a fun podcast where we could do something together, and have real conversations with interesting people. Elite Your Heart Out was born. Since that first podcast was recorded in January , we recognize that we have grown and our sister project has become so much more than we thought it could be. We are proud to put forward each episode for your listening enjoyment Elite Your Heart Out is also a coaching business that allows us to connect directly with people who wish to grow their own brand, whatever that may be. We approach coaching together, in a unique way that only a set of twins can, which definately includes having some great fun along the way.

What is the 40/40 life?
Working for 40 hours a week, for 40 years, just to maybe end up getting the "reward" of living off 40% of your what your earnings use to be is no longer "normal"

We want to show you how to break free of this thinking from the 19-whatever's and move into the 2020's, were many people have side-hustles. And why do we do this? Because working 40 years at one job is no longer really a thing for the majority of us. The average person will have 12 "careers" by the time they are 48 (google it, and be stunned). The future generations are expected to have even more!

We are twin sisters who believe that every woman is craving real, and inspiring, conversations that nudge them to go after their audacious dreams. We guarantee to make you think deeply, while laughing along the way. We are creating a sisterhood community that is showing up unapologetically and acting on their dreams and goals. We don't live in boxes, we rebel against rules, we show up authentically and put sparkle within the world because of it. We have lived the "hustle" and felt the burn-out that makes you feel stifled day in and day out. Literally "been there, done that".

Once we placed all bets upon ourselves, our lives began to thrive and we stopped feeling like we "should" and started to do what we "could". Now we mentor other women to break free from the shackles of the "40/40 life" that holds them back from their fullest potential and how to effectively build online businesses that allow them to live fully as themselves, while making an impact.
